PAYMENT

SSCHAFER accepts Visa, Mastercard and Eftpos credit card payments. Afterpay is also accepted.

 All product prices and payments made on this site are in Australian Dollar Currency ($AUD).

 All clothing by SSCHAFER is made in Naarm (Melbourne), Australia.

DELIVERY*

SSCHAFER has a $10 cost on national delivery fees. Orders will be dispatched once payment is confirmed and order is complete. As all items are made to order, please allow up to 6 weeks for your order to be received, and 10 weeks if you have purchased a pre-order item. Postage costs may vary depending on the weight of custom pieces.

An order number will be sent upon successful completion of your order.

For International Shipping, please allow up to 8 weeks for your order to be received. The customer is liable for all impost duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. SSCHAFER will not be held responsible for any additional charges incurred by your country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country: please contact your local customs office for more information.

ETHICS

SSCHAFER prides itself on ethical production being at the forefront of their practice, and transparency across all aspects of the business is essential to business operations. Each garment is designed and made in Melbourne, Australia. We aim to source all trims and fabrics locally wherever possible. RETURNS

Items may be returned for exchange where there is a fault in the garment, or you'd like a more appropriate size. We do not accept returns for change-of-mind. If you wish to exchange an item for size, please contact schaferfashion@gmail.com within five business days of receiving the item. The item must be posted, at your expense, to our return address within five business days of the exchange being authorised. You must retain proof of postage. We will then post another garment in your nominated size, or arrange store credit if your preferred size is unavailable. The garment must be unwashed, unworn and unused beyond trying on in the home for fit and with tags still attached to the garment.

Any items posted after being in customer’s possession for longer than 7 days will not be accepted unless they are faulty. Once returned items have been received they will undergo quality review and when cleared, customer will be sent new items (for exchange) or sent a store credit via email. 

In all cases, the item remains your responsibility until it reaches us, so please take care with packaging to avoid damage in transit. In the unlikely event we receive an item in unsuitable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange.

SSchafer is committed to ensuring that all your personal information is kept safe and secure. The information collected is necessary to complete your order. If you have signed up to our mailing list your information will be kept secure and not relayed to any third party or outside organisations.

Personal information will be managed confidently and securely. Credit card information is not retained by us. When purchasing, customers must provide their real name, phone number, email address and other requested information for the purpose of shipping and billing purposes. When providing payment details upon checkout, customers must ensure that their payment details are valid and correct. Purchases are for personal use only and must not be resold or used for commercial benefit.

You may not reproduce or communicate any of the content on this site, including any downloadable files without the permission of SSCHAFER.
